During my recent trip to the Public Radio Program Directors' Conference in L.A./Hollywood, I took a side trip to NPR West.The facility in Culver City is the site where Renee Montagne co-hosts Morning Edition with Steve Inskeep (He's in Washington.) NPR West is also home to the mid-day magazine show Day to Day and Farai Chedaya's News & Notes.
